Editing focuses on content, grammar, structure, clarity. Formatting is visual presentation, typography, margins, spacing, chapter breaks and page layout. Always complete editing first, because text changes after formatting may require reformatting.
Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx). Your document should contain the complete final text including front and back matter. Avoid pre-formatting with complex styles, columns or manual page breaks, clean, simple text works best.
Minor corrections like typos can usually be accommodated easily. Significant changes affect pagination and layout, requiring substantial reformatting. We offer post-formatting revision support with transparent pricing.
