The following terms and conditions apply to all projects and services provided by Britannia Publishing House Ltd. through britanniapublishinghouse.co.uk.
Copyright
You have complete ownership of the material we create for you and supply in accordance with the parameters agreed upon. We hold no copyright over the content, and you are free to publish and use it as you see fit.
Payment
All services listed on the website require payment in full up front. The customer is responsible for any transaction fees and taxes where applicable.
Revisions
We provide unlimited changes to delivered work as long as requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery and, in exceptional situations, within 14 days of delivery. Revision requests are fulfilled in line with the urgency of the original order, with a typical minimum turnaround of 24 hours.
Revision turnaround by order urgency:
- Orders up to 24 hours of urgency: 24-hour revision turnaround
- Orders between 24 and 48 hours of urgency: 48-hour revision turnaround
- Orders of 48 hours and above: 72-hour revision turnaround
Project Requirements
Project requirements are reviewed with the client before work begins. Service-level disputes are resolved in accordance with the terms agreed at the start of a project, these terms and conditions, and reasonable business practice.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund before we begin work on your project. Once work has begun, any refund is issued after applicable transaction charges have been deducted. Orders placed using a limited-time or discounted offer are not eligible for a refund.
A refund request may be submitted within 5 days of order completion if you are dissatisfied with any product or service provided by Britannia Publishing House Ltd.. Where we are unable to deliver the requested service under our unlimited revision policy, a percentage-based refund will be issued. If no refund request is received within 5 days of delivery, both parties will assume satisfaction with the supplied work.
